Peak season runs late August through late October. Early varieties in August, Honeycrisp in September, Fuji and Granny Smith in October.

Do I need to pay for entry?

Weekday entry is free. Weekend festival entry is $8 for adults, kids under 5 free, includes maze and wagon rides.

Leashed dogs are welcome in outdoor orchard rows but not in bakery, market or cider mill for food safety.

We don't grow apples for shelves. We grow them for your hands.

Our dwarf trees are pruned low so kids can pick without ladders. We leave wide grassy rows for picnics, plant wildflowers for bees, and press cider within 24 hours of picking — never from concentrate, never rushed.

Every fall, 80,000 visitors climb our hill for the same moment: that first bite, juice running down your chin, creek sparkling below. That's Oak Creek magic.

When is the best time to pick?

Late September is peak variety — 18 kinds ripe at once. Early morning (9-11am) has shortest lines and coolest fruit. Check our ripe-now list before driving.

How does U-pick pricing work?

No entry fee weekdays. Grab a free bag at the gate, pick, weigh at market. Honeycrisp $2.49/lb, others $1.79-$1.99/lb. We accept cards.

Can I bring a picnic / dog?

Yes! Picnics allowed on Sunset Hill only (not in rows). Leashed dogs welcome outdoors, not in market/bakery.

Do you host birthdays & school tours?

Absolutely — 40+ school tours each fall. Birthday pavilion holds 30, includes wagon ride + mini pumpkins. Email via contact to book.
